Dan David Prize
Dear colleagues,
Please find below a call for nominations for the Dan David Prize, which awards nine prizes of $300,000 each to outstanding scholars and practitioners researching the human past.
The prize particularly seeks early- and mid-career researchers whose original work has already made a significant contribution to their field and shows promise of continued impact. EAAS members are warmly invited to consider nominating eligible colleagues.
Nominations are open until October 13, 2026.

Winners can be of any nationality and may work in any location. The nomination process involves completion of a short online form, together with the nominee’s CV and list of publications or other relevant work.
